1. Scope. This Notice explains how Phizo, LLC ("Phizo") collects and uses information through its website and Service during the private beta.

2. Information we collect. (a) Information you submit when requesting access or using the Service — including name, company, role, email, phone, plans, and account data. (b) Partial entries — if you enter an email or phone and do not complete a form, we may still collect and retain what you entered in order to follow up about the beta. (c) Usage data — analytics and session replay (e.g., Microsoft Clarity), device and log data, and security/abuse signals.

3. How we use it. To operate, secure, support, and improve the Service; to contact you about the beta; to detect and prevent misuse; and as otherwise described in the Beta Terms (including training and improving Phizo’s models). We do not sell personal information.

4. Disclosure. We share information with service providers acting for us (e.g., hosting, email, analytics) under confidentiality, and as required by law or to protect our rights. We do not disclose any customer’s identifiable pricing to another customer.

5. Storage & retention. Data is stored with our providers in the United States under commercially reasonable security. We retain information as needed for the purposes above and as permitted by law.

6. Your choices. Email Austin@phizohq.com to ask what we hold, request deletion, or unsubscribe from beta emails, subject to our legal and legitimate-business needs.
